    Dr Liu: I would be concerned that if you have a very sensitive marker and you apply it to many people， you will get many positive findings. I think the appropriate approach is to gather a group of patients with a reasonable likelihood of developing heart failure and in that setting， when you apply the test， you would enhance your diagnostic approach.
